Responsible Service of Alcohol

Tiny's Cocktails supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. LIQP770017810.

It is illegal for us to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18. It is also illegal for you to buy liquor if you are, under the age of 18, even if you are buying as a gift for someone else, or if you are over the age of 18 and intend to supply liquor to a minor. It is illegal for you to falsify your details if you are under the age of 18 in order to buy liquor from us. Orders received through this website are supplied in accordance with the relevant provisions under the liquor licencing laws for each state and territory in Australia.

By agreeing to the terms of use for our website and submitting an order with us you are confirming to us that you are over the age of 18 and are legally allowed to buy liquor in Australia.

Australian Capital Territory: Liquor Act 2010. A person must not sell or supply liquor to a person under 18 years old on premises where the sale or supply of liquor is authorised or in a public place.

New South Wales: Liquor Act 2007. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

Northern Territory: Liquor Act 2019. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

Queensland: Liquor Act 1992. It is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.

South Australia: Liquor Licensing Act 1997. Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18.

Tasmania: Liquor Licensing Act 1990. It is an offence for liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years, and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor.

Victoria: Liquor Control Reform Act 1998. It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years, for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor.

Western Australia: Liquor Control Act 1988. It is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.

Prices and Payment

With each delivery of goods sold or supplied by Tiny's Cocktails, Tiny's Cocktails may issue an invoice for: (a)the price of the goods delivered, calculated in accordance with the list price for those goods current on the date of acceptance by Tiny's Cocktails of an order; and (b)all applicable delivery charges, freight, levies, goods and services taxes and any other taxes or charges applicable to the supply of those Goods.

Tiny's Cocktails may replace or vary any list price from time to time.

The buyer must not deduct any amounts from any payments owing to Tiny's Cocktails (whether by way of set-off or otherwise) unless otherwise agreed in writing by Tiny's Cocktails.

Tiny's Cocktails will issue a tax invoice for each taxable supply. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms of Use, or otherwise, the Buyer must pay to Tiny's Cocktails, each amount referred to as GST on the tax invoice.

All prices, charges, fees or other amounts payable in accordance with any list price, invoice or statement shall be calculated without including an amount for GST, unless it is clearly stated in that list price, invoice or statement that the prices, charges, fees or other amounts payable include GST.

Despite any other provision in these Terms of Use, or otherwise, each payment to be made by the buyer to Tiny's Cocktails must be made together with an additional amount equal to the GST on the supply or component of the supply (made or to be made) giving rise to, or in connection with, that payment.

If Tiny's Cocktails is required to reimburse the buyer for any expense or liability incurred, the amount of the reimbursement payment must be reduced by the amount of any input tax credit claimed in connection with that expense of liability.

The price must be paid in cleared funds, by credit card by the due date.

Freight, Insurance, and Delivery

Delivery dates or times indicated by Tiny's Cocktails are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date or time. No time of the essence transaction will be considered by Tiny's Cocktails unless agreed in writing by Tiny's Cocktails.

No goods shall be placed on back order unless agreed in writing by Tiny's Cocktails. Those goods shall be supplied by TIny's Cocktails as soon as reasonably practicable upon Tiny's Cocktails receiving those goods.

Tiny's Cocktails has no obligation to arrange for insurance of Goods against the risks of shipping.

Tiny's Cocktails may delay delivery of any goods until payment has been received from the buyer.

Tiny's Cocktails sells products which contain alcohol, our couriers will require the recipient of the parcel to present a valid government issue photo identification as proof of age, even if that recipient is not the customer who placed the order. This is so we can ensure no alcohol is in the possession of minors.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Tiny's Cocktails immediately on info@tinyscocktails.com.au. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Tiny's Cocktails.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Tiny's Cocktails if a product has not been delivered. Upon notification, we will investigate and ensure that the product is delivered and received. 

We will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stated delivery commitment. Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside our stipulated delivery guarantees.

In the unfortunate event that a product has been damaged through the delivery process, we will replace the item. Please email info@tinyscocktails.com.au to organise for the replacement product to be re-sent. 

In the event that you would not like a replacement gift or damaged items re-sent, we will refund the credit card used for the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged items. We are committed to ensuring that your transactions with Tiny's Cocktails are processed with excellent customer service and satisfaction. 

Our returns policy lasts 30 days for non-edible products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on an consumable products. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have checked with your bank and credit card provider that you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@tinyscocktails.com.au 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tinyscocktails.com.au and send your item to: 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.
